INSURANCE PROCESS - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We help you every step of the way, but here are answers to a few common questions to help you get more information.

WHAT IS THE INSURANCE PAYMENT PROCESS?

First step is to sign the service agreement which gives us permission to talk to the adjuster and begin the insurance claim process.  You will pay us $1 to make the agreement official.  We will work under the insurance's scope of work.  The second part of the payment is due after the job is completed.  You will pay the deductible and transfer the money you receive from the insurance company to us to cover the job cost.

WHAT IF INSURANCE DENIES THE CLAIM?

If your insurance denies the claim and states there isn't enough damage to warrant the claim, you will have 5 days, from the day of the adjuster's denial, to back out of the agreement.  We will refund your $1.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER AN INSURANCE CLAIM IS APPROVED?

We will begin work within 3-5 days.  The second part of the payment is due after the job is completed.  You will pay the deductible and transfer the money you receive from the insurance company to us to cover the job cost.

WILL MY INSURANCE GO UP IF I MAKE A CLAIM?

In cases deemed an "act of God", your insurance cost should not increase.
